Tour listings, prices, and availability come from our partner Viator and may change at any time.

• When you click to book, you leave NordExplore and complete your purchase on Viator.com.
• We do not process payments on this site and never see your card details.
• Viator's own terms, cancellation rules, and policies apply to your booking.
• Affiliate disclosure: We may earn a commission when you book through our links. That does not increase the price you pay on Viator.

3. Your Account and Content

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
• If you upload a profile photo or other content, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it is appropriate.
• Do not post anything illegal, misleading, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Our Content

Text, images, logos, and design on NordExplore belong to us or our licensors (including tour content from Viator). You may browse and share links for personal use, but you may not copy, scrape, or resell our content without permission.

5. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every tour description, price, or link is always up to date. NordExplore is provided "as is." We are not responsible for third-party sites (including Viator) or for travel disruptions, cancellations, or disputes handled by tour operators.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NordExplore and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from bookings you make on Viator. Your use of the website is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
