Take the Kurravaara road out of Kiruna. After 7km, as you start to go downhill look out for two small bus stop signs either side of the road. Turn right directly at the bus stop sign onto a small track. We are the first property on the right (500 metres). Arrival time is 09.30-09.40.

Pickup Information
Please be ready at the pick-up location a few minutes before the times below, as unfortunately we are not able to wait for late guests. Please be aware the driver may arrive a few minutes earlier or later than the mentioned time, depending on the number of pick-up locations on the day. Scandic Hotel or Elite Hotel Frost (Kiruna Centrum) - 09.15 at the bus stop on the opposite side of the road Hotel Arctic Eden (Best Western) - 09.20 at the hotel entrance Camp Ripan - 09.25 at the hotel entrance, or in the lobby area PLEASE NOTE, if you select 'I will select my pickup location later', it is the guests responsibility to contact us with your choice of pick up location (from the above list) at least 16 hours prior to the tour. Unfortunately, we are not able to pick-up from Jukkasjärvi (ICEHOTEL), Camp Alta or Aurora Camp unless you book a private tour.

Infant seats are available for the vehicle transfer
Not suitable for babies under 2 years - very young children should be able to sit up unaided
Guests must be mobile (without walking aids) and able to sit on a low sled bench with knees bent
Pregnant guests join at their own risk
Guests weighing more than 100kg should notify us when booking the tour. In some circumstances, unfortunately, we may request that you book 2 places on the sled, for your own comfort and the comfort of our other guests sharing the sled with you.
