We’ll visit its beautiful wooden church, one of the oldest in northern Sweden, and learn about the traditions that have shaped life in the Arctic. Next, we’ll visit a Sámi reindeer camp, where you’ll get the chance to feed the reindeer and listen to stories about the Sámi way of life, their deep connection with nature, and their ancestral culture. Every winter, artists from around the world create unique suites and sculptures — a true open-air art gallery that changes with every season. Meeting and Pickup
Pickup Information
To make our pickup service as smooth as possible, we ask all our guests to wait for us outside of the hotel at the designated pickup time, not inside the reception. We will not be able to contact you beforehand, and we will not be able to check inside the reception. We provide a 5-minute waiting period. However, if we cannot reach you, we will have to leave to respect the other guests’ pickup times. Guests staying at Best Western Arctic Eden will be picked up in front of Arctic Thai, which is a restaurant located directly in front of the hotel, as it is not possible to get to the hotel with the car. Guests staying at Elite Frost Hotel and Scandic will be picked up at the Kiruna Tourism Office (Malmvägen 9B) – just 200m walk as it is not possible to get to the hotel with the car. Unfortunately pick-up/drop-off service is not available at Airbnb, Camp Alta, Aurora Camp Kurravaara or Reindeer Lodge. You’re more than welcome to meet us at any of our designated pick-up points.
